  Outcome of Board Meeting held on October 23, 2017.The 70th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Monday, the 23rd October, 2017 at Nagpur.The Board of Directors of the Company has noted and/or approved the followings, viz.,(a) The Statement of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) together with Un-Audited Statement of Assets and Liabilities (Standalone) of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q-2) / Half Year (H-2) / Half Year ended September 30, 2017, duly reviewed by the Audit Committee.In accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Statement of Un- Audited Financial Results (Standalone) together with Un- Audited Statement of Assets and Liabilities (Standalone) of the Company for the Half year ended September 30, 2017 together with Limited Review Certificate of the Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith.(b) Payment of Interim dividend @ 25% ie Rs.2.50/- (Rupee Two and Paise Fifty Only) per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up for the current fiscal 2017-2018.
