("FKSL ) has informed that in terms of paragraph 20.1 of the public announcement dated September 16, 2013 ("PA ) and the corresponding letters of offer ("Letter of Offer ) despatched to the public shareholders of the Company, the acquisition of shares of the Company by FKSL pursuant to the delisting offer is subject to the decision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( SEBI ) on the application dated September 12, 2013 filed by the Company seeking an extension of time of 2 months beyond the 3 month timeline originally stipulated by SEBI in its order dated July 22, 2013 ( Second SEBI Order ), for completion of the delisting offer. As per the PA and the Letter of Offer, the tentative date of commencement of the bid period (i.e. the bid opening date) was October 15, 2013. However, since till date no response has been received from SEBI on the aforesaid application, FKSL has decided to defer the bid opening date until grant of an extension of time from SEBI or any other competent authority for completion of the delisting offer beyond the 3 months timeline originally stipulated by SEBI in the Second SEBI Order. Accordingly, the tentative schedule of the delisting offer as stated in the PA and the Letter of Offer stands revoked. Upon finalisation of the bid period, FKSL shall notify the public shareholders of the revised schedule to the delisting offer, by way of publishing a corrigendum to the PA and the letter of offer, in the same newspapers in which the PA appeared. FKSL proposes to release a corrigendum to the PA and the Letter of Offer in the same newspapers in which the PA appeared, informing the public shareholders of its above decision.

  Public announcement ("Public Announcement") issued by Fresenius Kabi (Singapore) Pte Ltd. ("Acquirer") to the public shareholders of Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited ("Company") in respect of the proposed acquisition and consequent delisting of the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company from the BSE Limited ( BSE ) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited ( NSE ) in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 ("Delisting Regulations"). The Acquirer is the promoter of the Company and holds 81% of the fully paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on the date of the Public Announcement. The Shareholders of the Company passed a Special Resolution through postal Ballot approving the Delisting Offer, the result of which was declared by the Company on May 25, 2013. In view of the observation made by US FDA, the Company had initiated necessary corrective and preventive steps for improving quality control parameters and preventing recurrence of such deviations at the Plant in future.
