Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) vide its Order dated September 30, 2010 has approved the merger of M/s India Foils Limited (Transferor Co.) with M/s Ess Dee Aluminium Limited (Transferee Co.) in terms of the Modified Draft Rehabilitation Scheme sanctioned by the Hon'ble BIFR.
