Vide Notes to Accounts in Audited Results for the year ended 31st March 2010, that the auditors, in their limited review report and in the auditor's report, observed the non-provision of interest of Rs.148.55 lacs for the quarter and Rs.550.11 lacs for the twelve months period ended 31-03-2010 respectively. To which the company stated that the loans were restructured under Corporate Debt Restructuring Scheme and interest has been deferred upto 31-03-2011 to be converted into OCCPs and that charge will be made in the period when redemption has to be effected.
