In the meantime we have just now received a communication from one of our directors that due to unavoidable commitment, he will not be able to attend the meting. As a result of this, we will fall short of qurom as one more director had earlier itself asked for leave of absence. In this situation, we have no other option left but to postpone the meeting to 29.11.2013 as it is the only nearest date for having the attendance of the Directors."
