"This refers to the news item that appeared in the Economic Times, Mumbai Edition on Friday the 1st November 2013. It was reported with the headline Elder Pharma Defaults on Rs. 261 cr Interest Payment on Debentures. While the Company has defaulted in interest payment on Debentures the fact is that the default is only to the tune of Rs. 10 crores and not Rs. 261 crores as reported. The error in reporting was corrected by Economic Times, Mumbai Edition on Thursday the 7th November 2013."
