The Company has clarified that "The article is completely false and misleading and maligns company reputation by alleging money laundering by the management. This article is grossly defamatory and calculated to lower the standing and image of Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd in the market. The said Article is thoroughly defamatory and published with malafide intentions with a view to hamper any effort made by the Company to revive and pay.
