Clarification by Donear Industries Limited Significant price movement has been observed in Donear Industries Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Donear Industries Limitedhas vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We would like to state that the Company has not given any information/announcement (including impending announcement) relating to the operation /performance of the Company which include any price sensitive information. Therefore, the question does not arise to intimate the Stock Exchange under regulation 30 of the Listing Regulation. Further, we would like to confirm that there was no change in the Promoters Shareholding."
