Donear Industries Limited had informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register will remain closed from September 18, 2014 to September 27, 2014 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of determination of Dividend. Further the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 27, 2014. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 15, 2014 to September 24, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Dividend and AGM, now scheduled to be held on September 24, 2014.
