Exchange had sought clarification from Clutch Auto Limited with respect to announcement dated 12-Apr-2017, regarding "Clutch Auto Limited has informed the Exchange regarding a press release dated April 12, 2017, titled "NCLT".". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Reasons for such a reference/petition; 2. Impact of such reference/petition on listed entity. The response of the Company is : 1) Pursuant to abolition of Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction, (BIFR) NCLT has been appointed as nodal agency for the revival/rehabilitation of SICK Companies. Therefore, Company has approached the National Company Law Tribunal. 2) Company is looking to rehabilitate itself as it has a very good potential/chance to revive provided adequate support is provided to it by all the stakeholders.
