    Against DSP Mutual Fund
    • DSP Mutual FundWe have relied upon the auditors’ report, which has qualified the financial statements stating net worth is completely eroded (negative Rs. 5.47 mn ) and current liabilities exceed current assets. The auditor considers the going-concern disclosure inadequate and could not corroborate management's going-concern basis. Revenue in the books exceeds revenue in GST returns by Rs. 4.2 mn , and input tax credit balances differ from GST. Unbilled revenue of Rs. 1.88 mn was identified, and no expected credit loss assessment was made under Ind AS 109. Loans to a related party, with Rs. 1.55 mn outstanding, breach Section 186 because the required special resolution and unanimous Board approval were not obtained. The auditor also includes an emphasis of matter on deficiencies in fixed asset records, where sufficient evidence on existence and valuation could not be obtained. It also covers unreconciled trade receivables of Rs. 8.31 mn and trade payables of Rs. 22.05 mn, and the pending identification of MSME creditors. Given the qualified financial statements, we are unable to support the resolution.
