CEAT Limited had informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Book Closure from August 7, 2013 to August 14, 2013 for the purpose of taking record of the members for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 14, 2013 and for the declaration of dividend @40% i.e Rs. 4.00 per equity share, if approved by the shareholders. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company has for certain unavoidable reasons, been postponed and will now be held on August 22, 2013. Further, the Register of Members of the Company will now be closed from August 14, 2013 to August 22, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 22, 2013 and for the declaration of dividend @40% i.e Rs. 4.00 per equity share, if approved by the shareholders.
