CCL Products (India) Limited had informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from July 13, 2015 to July 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 18, 2015. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on July 18, 2015 is re-scheduled to July 20, 2015 and the register of members and share transfers will remain closed for the purpose of dividend from July 14, 2015 to July 20, 2015 (both days inclusive).
