Meeting of the Board of Directors as scheduled was held on May 22, 2008 and the following matters were decided:- 1) The Board recommended Stock Split of Equity Share Capital of the Company from face value of Rs.10/- into Re.1/- each and has decided to seek members approval through Postal Ballot. 2) The Board has recommended final dividend of Re.1/- per share on 55,40,000 Equity Shares in addition to Rs.7/- already paid as interim dividend.
