Both have been made effective February 07, 2011. The said changes in the nomination has been taken on record by the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on February 25, 2011.

  Vide its letter dated January 05, 2011 regarding change in the Management Control of Bell Ceramics Limited from shri S K Jatia to OCIL consequent to the sale/ transfer of the 63% of the paid up Equity of the company by Shri SK Jatia to OCIL. Under the provisions of SEBI, OCIL had made an offer for purchase of upto 20% of the Equity shares from the public shareholders. On completion of this offer, the Equity shares held by Shri S K Jatia which was kept in Escrow account have been transferred in the name of OCIL.
