  ' Resumption Of Partial Manufacturing Operations'.Further to our intimation dated July 20, 2020 about temporary closure of Company's manufacturing facilities at Kolhapur as per the government directions to contain the spread of COVID-19, we would now like to inform the exchanges that the Company has received conditional permissions from the administrative authorities of Kolhapur district, Maharashtra to restart partial manufacturing operations of its plant. Following this, partial manufacturing operations at the factory located at Gat No. 47 & 48, Sangwade Kolhapur Hupari Road Kolhapur 416202 have resumed from 25 July 2020.The safety and well-being of its employees will always be the top priority of Company and the Company will ensure to take all necessary measures for the same including compliance with the conditions prescribed by the Authorities.
