Board of Directors of the company, on 20th December 2012, have considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Intel Instruments and Systems Limited (IIS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aplab Limited (Aplab) with Aplab under sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956. No shares are proposed to be issued pursuant to the scheme since the entire share capital of IISL is held by Aplab and its nominees. (Source MSE)

Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20th December 2012, has consider and approved the merger of Intel Instruments and Systems Limited (IISL), wholly owned subsidiary of Aplab Limited ("Aplab"), into Aplab. Since IISL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aplab no Shares would be issued pursuant to the scheme. (Source MSE)
