Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding on November 18, 2012 with Ras AI Khaimah Maritime City to set up a USD 800 million integrated phosphatic fertilizer manufacturing facility with a granulation capacity of 1 million tones of DAP per year in RAK Maritime City in UAE.
