Madras Stock exchange (MSE) consequently to its voluntary exit as stock exchange in terms SEBI's circular dated May 30, 2012, the Company has made an application on December 5, 2014 for delisting of its equity shares from MSE. In this connection, MSE vide its letter dated December 22, 2014 and received by the Company on December 31, 2014, had informed that the equity shares of the Company have been delisted from its exchange with effect from December 22, 2014.
