Shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on July 15, 2011 approved the sub-division of each equity share of the Company having a face value of Rs.5/- each fully paid-up to Rs.2/- each fully paid-up. Subsequently the sub committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 15, 2011 has fixed August 17, 2011 as the record date for the purpose of the above sub division of equity shares.
