January 10, 2022. On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Confirmation from the resigning director that there are no other material reasons other than provided; 2. The Letter of resignation of the independent director mentioning the detailed reasons for the resignation; 3. Names of listed entities in which the resigning director holds directorships, indicating the category of directorship and membership of board committees, if any. The response of the Company is awaited.
