Vide its letter dated January 05, 2011 that: "A section of the media has reported that Mr. Rohinton Screwvala has sold 1.09% stake in the Company. We wish to clarify that the sale is a Inter Se Transfer of shares amongst promoters and is therefore transfer from one promoter i.e. Mr. Rohinton Screwvala to other promoter i.e. Unilazer Exports Management Consultants Limited ("Unilazer"). Unilazer is a company owned by Mr. Rohinton Screwvala. The sale therefore is not a sale to any third party".
