Company holds 56% of the fully diluted equity share capital of Indiagames, It is further informed that the Company as on October 07, 2011 has entered into definitive agreements with the Founder Promoters and Employee Shareholders of Indiagames to acquire 30.02% of the fully diluted equity shares of Indiagames for a purchase consideration of Rs. 94.56 crores, the acquisition, when completed will entail the Company increasing its stake in Indiagames from 56% to 86.02% on a fully diluted basis. The Company is in active negotiation with the remainder shareholders of Indiagames to purchase the remainder shares to achieve the desired objective of increasing Company/s shareholding in Indiagames to 100%.
