The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Unity Infraprojects Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We would like to clarify / confirm that there is no accuracy in the news / information reported on CNBC TV 18 today. The Company has not even short listed the parties and as such no negotiations or dialogue has taken place till today to monetize the assets of the company .
