Board of directors of the company at their meeting held on June 11, 2010 discussed in detail the proposal to set-off accumulated losses of the company against Share premium account. The Board observed that, the said accumulated losses were mainly on account of non-core/ extra ordinary activities. Consequent to their hiving off in the last year, and with the anticipated improved operating results in the coming period, the accumulated losses could be set off against the profits so accrue in the natural way in future.
