Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 03, 2010 considering further growth plans and also the response from various investor segments, have approved the revision in the ratio of issue of equity shares of Right basis to "One equity share for every three equity shares held" as against 'One equity share for every four shares held' and raise funds aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs.400 crores (Rupees Four Hundred crores) instead of Rs.250 crores approved earlier by the Board, subject to necessary approvals as may be required in this regard. The Board further authorized the Committee of Directors to decide the other terms of issue including fixation of price etc.
