Ttk Prestige Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "The Company made a public issue in 1994. A part of the money was to be paid on application and the balance on allotment. The Company has made final call at the time of allotment of equity shares. There were quite a number of shares on which the allotment money was not paid. The Company has been sending letters to the shareholders who have not paid the allotment money asking them to pay the same to make the shares fully paid. The last letter was sent on 16th February 2006 where in we had requested the concerned shareholders to pay the allotment money with interest @10% p.a. for the delayed period from 20.1.1995 till date of payment. However, as on the date of this letter still there are 14350 shares on which allotment money is not paid. These shares are held by 287 shareholders. The company is sending final letter to these shareholders asking them to make payment of allotment money together with interest on or before 30th November 2008 failing which the shares will be forfeited".
