In our letter dated August 8, 2014 we had inadvertently mentioned that If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the Annual General Meeting, the same shall be paid on or before the 5th day from the date of declaration. We would like to correct the above statement as under: If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 26, 2014, the dividend shall be paid/dispatched on and after September 27, 2014 .9 Aug · Dividend
