Todays Writing Products Limited had informed the Exchange regarding a board meeting to be held on May 30, 2011 to inter alia, consider and take on record the followings : (1) To take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2011; (2) Any other matter with the permission of the chair. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Company's existing ERP system has crashed while the Company is in the midst of migrating to new system. The engineers have estimated at least 10-15 days time for making the system operational. This has handicapped the Company and the Company is unable to finalise its results for year March, 2011 on time. In view of the same the Company is compelled to reschedule its board Meeting for adopting the Audited results to June 15, 2011.Not held on this date
