Clarification by Texmo Pipes and Products Limited Significant price movement has been observed in Texmo Pipes and Products Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Texmo Pipes and Products Limitedhas vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Company does not have any information according to Clause 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015, which is required to be informed to the exchange and members that have a bearing on the operation performance of the Company which includes all price sensitive information. Further nothing significant has been done in recent past which have any impact on the price movement in our scrip".
