Vide letter dated August 04, 2014 regarding the Cancellation of the proposal of Merger of two wholly owned subsidiary companies, viz. Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (Bombay) Limited and Konfiaance Jewellery Private Limited, with the holding Company, viz. Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited under the Scheme of Amalgamation. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 04, 2014 have cancelled the proposal of Merger of two wholly owned subsidiary companies viz. Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (Bombay) Limited and Konfiaance Jewellery Private Limited with the holding Company, viz. Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited under the Scheme of Amalgamation. The proposal for Merger was approved by the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting held on May 28, 2013.
