Clarification by Talbros Automotive Components Limited Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Talbros Automotive Components Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Talbros Automotive Components Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We are aware of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and wish to inform you that on any event/ information which will have a bearing on the operations/ performance of the Company including any price sensitive information, we shall comply with the referred regulation.
