With reference to the Company's earlier announcement regarding the Closure of the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books ("book closure") of the Company from July 26, 2013 to July 29, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of final dividend of 0.70 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 and Annual General Meeting of the Company, the Company has now informed the Exchange that since the shareholders of the Company have at the Annual General Meeting held on to July 29, 2013 have rescinded the declaration of final dividend, the aforementioned book closure will be considered merely for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company and not for purpose of payment of dividend.30 Jul · Disclosure of Voting Pattern - Clause 35A
