Company has achieved sales of 8.67 lacs Steel Wheel Rims during the month of January, 2012 as against 8.55 lacs Steel Wheel Rims during the month of January, 2011, recording a growth of 1.40%. The Company have also achieved highest sale of Truck Wheel Rims in a single month. Further the Company has achieved the Export Sales of 68480 wheel rims during the month of January, 2012 as against 87779 wheel rims during the month of January, 2011.

Vide its letter dated December 30, 2011 that the Company "Had begun exports to Audi from today, from its Chennai factory. The said business was awarded by Audi to the Company in July, 2010. The awarded business has a potential of exports worth over 38 million US$ (equivalent to Rs.2014.00 million approx.) over 5 years period".

Company has bagged a long term contract with one of Europe's leading Trailer manufacturer. This contract has a potential to reach 60000 wheels per year with an approximate value of 22 Crores per year. Supplies will start from OCT 2011 from company's Jamshedpur plant. The Company is also in discussions with other OEMs in the same industry for similar volumes which will also start flowing in the current quarter.
