      This is with reference to the email dated 24.12.2018 and 28.12.2018 from NSE w.r.t. clarification regarding disclosures to be made for companies under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, under Regulation 30 read with Clause 16 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, the following disclosures w.r.t. listed companies undergoing CIRP are also been made from time to time:1. Any other material information not involving commercial secrets2. Salient features, not involving commercial secrets, of the resolution plan approved by the Tribunal, in such form as may be specified3. Approval of resolution plan by the Tribunal or rejection, if applicable4. Filing of resolution plan with the Tribunal5. Number of resolution plan with the TribunalDisclosures mentioned at Point No 1-5 are yet to be made since the last date for receiving resolution plan is 23.01.2019 (mentioned in FORM G containing brief particulars of resolution plan which is also intimated to NSE on 01.11.2018 and 28.11.2018 respectively). After the receipt of resolution plan, above mentioned disclosures shall be made as and when required.6. Brief particulars of invitation of resolution plans under section 25(2)(h) of Insolvency Code in the Form specified under regulation 36A(5) of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations,20167.       Exchange has sought clarification from SRS Limited with respect to announcement dated 28-Nov-2018, regarding " SRS Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of Revised Invitation for Expression of Interest from Potential Resolution Applicants for the resolution of SRS Limited under Regulation 36A of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 16(h) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.".
