Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation Limited had informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 14, 2011 to September 29, 2011 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2011. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be convened on September 29, 2011 has been postponed. Further the Register of Member and share transfer books of the Company originally scheduled to remain closed from September 14, 2011 to September 29, 2011 (both days inclusive) has also been postponed. The Company will inform the revised dates in due course.
