  Pursuant to the Scheme of arrangement of Solectron Centum Electronics Limited, for 2 equity shares of Face Value INR 10 each held in the Solectron Centum Electronics Limited as on record date, the shareholders would receive: a) 1 equity share of INR 10 (Reduced capital) of Solectron Centum Electronics Limited. b) 1 equity share of INR 10 of Solectron EMS India Limited. Accordingly, Reliance Capital Asset Management Limited has informed the Exchange that Reliance Capital Trustee Co. Limited A/c Reliance Growth Fund now holds 475920 shares of Rs 10/- each amounting to 6.4134% of the paid up capital of the company - viz. Solectron EMS India Limited. However, keeping in view that there is no transaction of sale or purchase involved, no disclosures in terms of Regulation 7 (1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 1997 and Regulation 13(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 are being made.
