Exchange has sought clarification from Solar Industries India Limited with respect to announcement dated 10-Jun-2016, regarding "Solar Industries India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has bagged an order from Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) for the supply of 163911.20 MT Explosives worth Rs. 443.44 Crore for the financial year 2016-17 and 2017-18".On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1. Whether order(s) / contract(s) is awarded to domestic/ international entity2. Significant terms and conditions of order(s)/contract(s) awarded, in brief;3. Time period, if any, associated with the order(s)/contract(s);4. Broad commercial consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s);5. Whether the promoter/ promoter group/group companies have any interest in that entity to whom the order(s)/contract(s) is awarded? If Yes, nature of interest and details thereof;6. Whether the same would fall within related party transactions? If yes, whether the same is done at arms length .The response of the Company is awaited.
