Pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between SKIL Infrastructure Limited, Horizon Country Wide Logistics Limited and Fastlane Distriparks & Logistics Limited with Horizon Infrastructure Limited, sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide Order dated September 20, 2013, the Registrar of Companies Mumbai, Maharashtra, has sanctioned the change of name of the Company from "Horizon Infrastructure Limited "to "SKIL Infrastructure Limited" vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 22, 2014.

Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has admitted the petition filed by the Horizon Infrastructure Limited ("the Compay") in relation to Scheme of arrangement and amalgamation between SKIL Infrastucture Limited, Horizon Country Wide Logistics Limited and Fastlane Distriparks & Logistics Limited with the Company and their respective shareholders and creditors as per provisions of Section 391 to 394 read with 78, 100 and 101 of the Companies Act, 1956 on February 22, 2013. The Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has fixed April 05, 2013 as the final date of hearing for sanction of scheme.
