  Kindly refer to our disclosure dated August 25, 2023 regarding scheduling of the 1st meeting of the Committee of Creditors ( CoC ) of Siti Networks Limited. In this regard, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the first meeting of the CoC of Siti Networks Limited was held on September 1, 2023, in terms of Section 22 and Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 17(2) and Regulation 18 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Regulation Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. During the meeting, the Interim Resolution Professional presented and discussed the CIRP related updates, including, inter alia, CIRP timelines, details of the claims received/ verified, business operations, legal updates and the voting and ratification items, with the CoC members. Pursuant to discussions, it was decided to put the voting and ratification items for e-voting. The update on the results of the e-voting will be submitted after the e-voting process is completed.   This is in continuation of our earlier communications dated February 22, 2023 and February 23, 2023) wherein we have informing that in the petition filed by IndusInd Bank Ltd. against the Company under Section 7 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Hon ble NCLT has pronounced its order dated February 22, 2023 admitting the Company to corporate insolvency resolution process under the provisions of the Code and submitted copy of said order.
