Shyam Telecom Limited had informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company, scheduled be held on September 29, 2012. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the aforesaid Annual General Meeting of the Company be preponed and held on September 28, 2012 due to non availability of venue. Accordingly the book closure would be observed from September 26, 2012 to September 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
