      Company had Informed the Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on December 20, 2010 inter alia, to discuss the matter regarding alteration or/ addition in the Object clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Company is unable to hold the board meeting due to unforeseen non availability of some of the independent directors. The Company have now rescheduled the same on December 27, 2010 to consider the matters intimated.
