Shree Cements Ltd had informed the Exchange regarding Board Meeting to be held on April 13, 2009 to consider and approve, interalia the payment of Interterm Dividend to Equity Shareholders of the Company, whose name appear in the Register of Member on Record Date. Further the Company had fixed April 18, 2009 as the Record Date for the payment of interim Dividend, if declared by the Board in the meeting. The date of payment of Interim Dividend shall be on or after April 18, 2009. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend has been rescheduled as May 05, 2009 and consequently the date of payment of interim dividend has also be rescheduled as May 05, 2009 onwards.
