Sri V.Mahadevan, an Independent Director on the Board from 26th March 2004, has tendered his resignation from the Board as well as from the Audit Committee on account of his continued ill-health. The Company has further informed the Exchange that the Directors, at the Board Meeting held on 14th February 2014, has accepted his resignation and the Board has inducted Sri S.Gnanasekharan as an Independent Director in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Sri V.Mahadevan.
