      Vide notes to Accounts in the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008) that: "The Company has allotted 44,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.270/- per share on August 26, 2008 in its Initial Public Offer (IPO) under Book Building Process thereby raising Rs.12,015.00 Lacs from the public. Subsequently the Company's Equity Shares got listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) & Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 1, 2008. Out of the said proceeds, the Company as stated in the Offer Document has utilised Rs.4777.80 Lacs towards acquisition of Plant & Machinery, purchase of railway rakes, working capital margin, meeting IPO expenses and general corporate purposes. Pending utilisation the balance funds of Rs.7237.20 Lacs as on 30th September, 2008 has been temporarily invested in Bank Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, ICDs and Current Account Bank Balances".
