Upon filing of the said order with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, the Scheme has become effective on June 30, 2008; 3. Filing of separate application and petition by Reliance Infrastructure Limited (the "transferee Company") was dispensed with by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide its order dated April 8, 2008; 4.
