Exchange has sought clarification from Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited with respect to announcement dated 22-May-2018, regarding " Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 22, 2018 has recommended the dividend of Rs. 6.00 per equity shares of Rs. 2.00 each to the shareholders for the financial year ended on March 31, 2018.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Details of redemption of preference shares indicating the manner of redemption (whether out of profits or out of fresh issue) and debentures. 2. Details of any letter or comments regarding payment/non-payment of interest, principal on due dates, or any other matter concerning the security and /or the assets along with its comments thereon, if any; 3.
