  Credit Rating Agency, CARE has revised the rating from CARE BB+ (Double B Plus) to CARE BBB- (Triple B Minus) assigned to the Long term Bank facilities of the Company and has revised the rating from CARE A4 (A Four) to CARE A3 (A Three) assigned to the short term Bank Facilities of the company indicating moderate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.   With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 17, 2013. The Company has now clarified to Exchange that the External Credit Rating Agency CARE, vide its letter dated October 09, 2012 has assigned "CARE BB+"(Double Plus) Ratings to the various Bank Facilities availed by the Company.The LATEST Ratings assigned by CARE to the various Bank Facilities availed by the Company AS ON DATE are expected in short time and accordingly. The Revision in Ratings shall be informed.
