      Board of Directors has at their meeting held today (i.e. March 21, 2007) declared an interim dividend of Rs.8/- per equity share for the year ending March 31, 2007, on the paid up capital of Rs. 51,509,920 comprising of 5,150,992 shares of Rs.10 each. Further the Company has informed the Exchange that (i) Record date for ascertaining the shareholders entitled for this interim dividend has been fixed as March 27, 2007. (ii) This interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on and from March 30, 2007.
