Company's Promoters, Shri P R Ramasubrahmaneya Rajha and Shri P R Venketrama Raja had opted to be discharged as Permanent Trustees from 'RSL Employees Trust' (the 'Trust') (a Promoter Group entity) with effect from August 02, 2012. The Board of Directors of the Company had discharged the Promoters from Trusteeship and appointed Shri M M Venkatachalam and Shri V Jagadisan, two Independent Directors, as Trustees. The Trust beneficially holds 84,125 equity shares of Rs.10/- each in the Company, which were registered in the name of Shri P R Ramasubrahmaneya Rajha on behalf of the Trust. Consequent to the change in the Trustees, the nominal ownership of the said shares was registered back in the name of the Trust on September 24, 2012. Hence, with effect from the Shareholding Pattern for the Quarter ended September 30, 2012, RSL Employees Trust will not be reflected under Promoter Group category.
